Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Visualization, Sketches, and Project Workflow
FAQ
What types of architectural visualizations do you offer?
We provide 3D visualizations of exteriors, interiors, isometric views, and architectural sketches tailored for architects, designers, developers and home builders.
What is the difference between a 3D visualization and a sketch?
A 3D visualization is a detailed, photorealistic image created with rendering software. It shows lighting, materials, textures, and realistic shadows — ideal for presentations, tenders, or marketing.
A sketch is a more artistic and flexible drawing. It shows the main idea, form, and mood of the project without full detailing. Sketches are great for early project stages and fast approvals.
Both can help present your concept, but they serve different goals.
What do you need from me to start a project?
We require a clear brief with drawings, references, project goals, and deadlines. The more details you provide, the faster we can deliver high-quality results.
How to place an order? What are the payment terms?
To order a 3D visualization or an architectural sketch, simply send an email to olademarch@gmail.com.
We’ll discuss your project, exchange files, and confirm all the important details there.
Payment terms:
I work with a 70% upfront payment, made after we confirm the camera angles.
The remaining 30% is paid after your final approval, but before the delivery of the final file.
Payment method: PayPal
We will also agree on delivery time and number of revisions during the discussion
How long does it take to complete a visualization?
Sketches are usually ready within 1–4 days. Full renderings take 4–10 days depending on complexity. Timelines are discussed before project start.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the base visualization, 1–2 rounds of revisions, and high-resolution delivery. Additional requests like detailed landscaping or extra views may require extra fees.
What are the work stages and what format will I receive the result in?
You send your project brief to olademarch@gmail.com. I ask about style, materials, deadlines, and angles.
I create a 3D model and send you preview angles that show your project best.
At this stage, you can suggest the first round of edits if needed. Then you pay 70% of the total cost.
Production:
I start working on your 3D visualization or sketch. When the draft is ready, I send it for your review.
You can give the second round of edits. Together with the list of changes, you pay the remaining 30%.
Delivery:
Once everything is approved, I send you the final high-resolution image in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format.
The image will be clear, detailed, and ready for use in digital presentations, print, or sharing with clients.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. I offer two rounds of revisions:
• One after the model preview,
• One after the sketch or rendering is done.
What is included in free revisions?
During modeling: you can change the camera angle, object position, or dimensions.
During sketching: you can adjust colors or textures.
How many changes can I make?
You can request changes up to 20% of the approved brief (based on time/volume).
How to request edits?
Please send all corrections in one list to mascaram@gmail.com.
Messages with individual change requests will not be accepted. One list = one revision round.
How long do I have to request changes?
You can request edits within 7 working days after receiving the final file.
What changes are not allowed?
B ig concept changes (like switching building style or layout) after sketching has started are not accepted. These require full rework and new terms.
When are edits paid?
If changes exceed 20% of the brief, extra payment is required.
If changes exceed 50% or the project idea changes completely, it will be treated as a new project.
Can I use the visuals for commercial purposes?
Yes. All visuals come with a commercial license for investor decks, websites, tenders, or exhibitions, unless agreed otherwise.
